I get this frequently, particularly when trying to run a saved search. I
think some local servers have a time limit on page loading and if a web
page hasn't loaded within that time, they time you out.
Have you tried going back to the databases page (using back button) &
opening Advanced Search page? I sometimes find that this works as the
search has been carried out at the Dialog end, but is taking too long to
be displayed at my end. When I go to the Advanced Search page, sure
enough, there is my rerun search!

site but it's not happening at the other. I am still awaiting our local
