Have you looked at the Herts. County Council notes on the Body of
Professional Knowledge? They lend some much-needed specificity to the
BPK, showing what particular skills are needed and how those skills could
be developed. The examples, of course, are drawn from the context of
Herts County Libraries, and so might need a certain amount of adaptation
to fit other contexts.
