Could you have a firewall portblock preventing inbound connections from
Testshib to mgraytemp3.its.dundee.ac.uk on port 8443? From my desktop _I_
can't connect to mgraytemp3.its.dundee.ac.uk:443, but that might be by
design. And anyway, Cambridge is having intermittent network problems
today.
