Dear SMR Officer,
I am currently conducting my PhD research into the' Mesolithic of Southern
England' and I would like to create some illustrations of the amounts and
Distributions of Mesolithic sites over England and Wales.
I would be really grateful if you could email me the following information:
A) How many Mesolithic sites are listed on your SMR. (This includes all
'sites' and 'isolated findspots')
B) Provide an Excel spreadsheet of all Mesolithic sites (again, actual
sites and individual find spots) listed on your SMR with OS or National
Grid co-ordinates.
If doing (B) is problemmatic, don't worry, a basic response to query (A)
would be very helpful to me on its own!
My Email address is: [log in to unmask]
I look forward to hearing form you,
Many thanks and kind regards,
