Hi - it's hard to be 100% sure, but by comparing that with one I've
got to hand it looks quite reasonable.
The main caution I would say is: load all_FA into FSLView, then load
the skeleton and the red blobs, then step through the timepoints of
all_FA to get a feel for the underlying alignments of each subject to
the areas of the skeleton in question.
