United States and Central Europe, Russia and Eurasia through three separate
types of awards. Recipients are selected through a competitive peer-panel
review process.

Independent Projects awards support artists and arts managers from
Central/Eastern Europe, Russia and Eurasia who plan to undertake projects in
the United States.
Applicants must have a letter of invitation from a U.S. non-profit
organization in order to apply for an Independent Projects award. If you do
