Unfortunately this is pretty much as expected. Unlocking a molecule uses
some quite naughty code that bypasses the API. Until I get this all fixed
I'm going to disable the unlocking of molecules.
In any case, the safest way to add disulphide links once chain assignments
are present is to make a new molecule (& chains) and copy the assignments
over. - So we should make sure this is working. Indeed this did work for
me, so maybe try this way once more and let me know of any other errors.
I can't think of any obvious reason why your new molecule specification
would not have been saved...
