Some issues regarding 1D windows:
I noticed dotted horizontal lines which appear to indicate the (lowest)
contour line below which Analysis does not bother to pick peaks. First, these
lines don't seem to disappear when one removes a 1D spectrum from display
(using the toolbar). Second, is there a shortcut key to move these up and
down?
Concerning shortcut keys: would it be possible to generate a cheat sheet
listing all short cuts for the program, depending on context? Does this
already exist somewhere?
Finally, I have had some issues with the assignment panel if I shift between
assigning peaks in the 1Ds and in 2Ds. The attached screen shot illustrates
the issue: the assignment panels (top vs bottom) become of unequal size. This
is not an issue in the attached figure, since there is still one line
available, but I have seen cases where the bottom panel is resized to the
point of not have a single line available on the left.
One more note about assignments: how are the tolerances for the assignment
suggestions determined? Can I change that somehow? Sadly, in some of my data
the peak positions vary a fair amount and I at times can not even select the
assignment I know it should have. Is it somehow possible to force an
assignment that is 'too far' off resonance?
