We tried it once... many years ago; I remember that many things turned
into dust. The lignified things were well preserved. But I don't really
remember well...

Betreff: lyophilisation
We are looking for information about the effects
of lyophilisation on the preservation of
waterlogged archaeobotanical remains (wood and
seeds). Has anybody tried this method ?
Thank for any kind of information.
Best regards
