It has been discussed on the Admin-SLC list a fair bit, as some
institutions are owed up to a million pounds. Providing we were sure
that the student was being funded then we would allow the student to
re-enrol.
The only problem we tend to have is when you find out that a
reassessment has been done considerably later on, and the student does
owe the fee.
