Hello Frank
It depends on their contract of employment. If sick pay is one of their
contractual benefits then they would be entitled to two lots of sick pay
depend on their contract of employment. Assuming they are entitled to full
pay whilst off sick they would be paid the same amount in sick pay as they
would be for their usual salary if they were at work.
Assuming their main job nets them £15,000pa and they were off sick for one
week they would get sick pay for £15,000/52 (£288.46). Assuming their
second, part-time, job nets them say £1,200pa then they should get £1,200/52
(£23.08) Totalling a gross payment of £311.68.
