Ah, from the biographical note of Alistair Finlay, who read at Shore Poets
last month:
"I was lucky enough to have been awarded a Writer's Bursary from SAC this
year to write a 3rd collection of poems about social work and social workers
- Dancing With Big Eunice - and to edit an anthology/with contextual
commentary on the poetry of Scottish Marxism - Lenin's Gramophone."
I don't know if he has a publisher lined up, but I assume that arrangements
of that kind would have to be in place for the purposes of applying to SAC.
