Colleagues
The restrictions placed on JISC funding (and so I therefore assume for
the recently announced ICT award too) only allow institutions with
greater than 400FTE HE learners to apply - so I suspect most of us are
excluded from this - pity really because I think that HE could learn
from much of what FE has done in this area over the last few years.
