welcome to forward this email.
The seminar is arranged by Impact and gives practitioners and policy
makers an opportunity to exchange experiences on how to implement
congestion charging. The location is Stockholm where the charges will be
introduced permanently later this year. You find the final program
attached. The seminar is free of charge.
If you haven’t already done so please register by sending an email to
Annika Nilsson: [log in to unmask] no later than May 14th. If you

discussing to, or have failed to implement congestion charging. For more
information, contact Annika Nilsson.
Impact is a part of TransportMistra – a Swedish research program financed
by Mistra. Impact’s objective is to develop, disseminate, market and
implement knowledge, tools and models that will support decision making
for sustainable mobility, primarily by increasing implementation
efficiency. Impact’s research design builds on the collected wisdom of
various disciplines brought in through the use of a selection of common
focal points, and Stockholm congestion charging is one of them. For more
information, see www.transportmistra.org .
The day before – May 29, 2007 – results from the Stockholm Congestion
Charging Trial will be presented at a scientific conference arranged by
the Royal Institute of Technology together with Impact. Researchers will
present results on the design of the charging system, the design and
outcome of the experiment, the monitoring process, the underlying
political process and the changes in attitudes and opinions. You may also
attend this conference. The Final program for this day will follow
shortly. Register for this day in a separate email to Annika Nilsson:
