Dear Kim,
Depending on OS you have, you can try
FSL FDT tool box (I use this one 95% of time)
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fdt/index.html
SPM Diffusion II toolbox - Post-processing for diffusion weighted image
series in SPM2 and SPM5
http://sourceforge.net/projects/spmtools
DTI studio
http://lbam.med.jhmi.edu/
3D slicer
http://www.slicer.org/
You can also manually calculate ADC by
ADC=log(I(b=0)/I(b>0)/b_fact
where I(b=0) and I(b>0) are image intensity of a voxel at b=0 and b>0,
respectively. b_fact is a b-factor. To get b>0 image, you can take a
geometric mean of DWIs along all directions. In my experience(not much),
this is very close to mean diffusivity(ADC) after tensor fit.
Hope this helps,
Hedok
