You would indeed be better off filling in the fields of your spm_jobman
structs in a script and then run spm_jobman with your customised job. You
can save a GUI job as a .m file which should produce code that could get
you started. Alternatively, fill in a job and use spm_jobman('harvest') to
inspect the correct variable structure.
