Hi Scottish Web Folk!
I've been asked to look at the idea of having a couple of "preferred
suppliers" in the form of design agencies who could help us to build
University style sites for departments etc willing to pay.
Does anyone have any experience setting up such arrangements and if so
how did you go about setting up a charging structure? Did you agree a
per page fee with the design agency or was it just down to them charging
the individual department for time expended on the project?
Not sure if anyone does this but thought I'd ask the question anyway!
Best wishes
Graham
