The International Alliance of Patients' Organizations (IAPO) is
searching for an excellent communicator to write a Patient Safety Toolkit
for an audience of patients' organizations from around the world. This
person needs to be adept at identifying appropriate resources and
materials, and using these to develop a publication containing information
and tools on important patient safety issues such as hospital acquired
infections, counterfeit medicines and medical errors. The Toolkit must
present information in a clear and accessible way so patients’
organizations can understand the issues enabling them to engage with
healthcare systems on patient safety issues and to provide information to
the patient communities they work with.
If you are interested in this project please contact me directly by
emailing [log in to unmask] and I
will send you a document containing further information. If after
considering the background information you would like to be considered for
the project, please send a brief proposal by email or post by Monday 4
June 2007.
Best wishes
