Hi there,
Has anyone been successful in exporting data from ox and importing into
matlab? I'm new to ox. I'd appreciate advice on how to proceed!
Thanks.
I'm running regressions and saving the output with the following command:
savemat("D://work//ox//b.xls", b,1);
I then try to input the data into matlab with the following command:
load('b.xls')
I get the following error message:
??? Error using ==> load
Number of columns on line 1 of ASCII file D:\work\matlab\b.xls
must be the same as previous lines.
If I open the ox generated b.xls file into excel/openoffice, and save it as
text, matlab will read it.
I have tried saving the output in the following formats: .mat, .dat, .wks,
.fmt. No success.
Oddly, if I save the output in .mat format, my matrix is truncated after
108 values, rather than the normal length of 162.
Is there a bug or is this a known issue?
Many thanks.
Patrick.
