speak about social inclusion and the national

Tyneside Libraries and will speak about the challenge of essential skills)

1.30	Geraldine Wilson (Geraldine is the Literacy 
Development manager for Blackburn Libraries.
She will speak about the “Books on the Edge”
Project which works with vulnerable young people and helps to develop 
literacy skills by promoting reading as an exciting activity)
