Hello-
It is important that your anatomical scan and your statistical maps must be
in register with each other (aligned to the same space). You could do this
by using SPM to coregister the functional data to the anatomical, or
(somewhat less accurately) by normalizing both to standard space.
If you are using SPM5, you should use MRIcron for overlays - this can
recognize the NIfTI spatial transforms. I would only use MRIcro if you are
using SPM2 or earlier.
