This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with an impressive track
record in health policy and social science to join the rapidly expanding
Centre for International Public Health Policy and take forward our
programmes of teaching and research. We will welcome individuals from a
wide range of backgrounds, including the social and political sciences,
public health medicine, and general practice. You should have expertise in
one or more of the following areas: economics; health systems; the social
determinants of health; public health policy; clinical trials and
pharmaceutical companies; law and public health; health services research.
A demonstrable interest or experience in e-learning may be an advantage.
You will bring your knowledge to bear on international, UK, and Scottish
public health policy. You will also initiate research and work in
collaboration with other members of CIPHP, bringing forward CIPHPs research
strategy. Interviews will be held 22 June 2007.
