pvconv.pl is a perl converter for Bruker data to analyze/MINC. ?
In my case (when using dcm2mnc which perhaps is not all that much to
you) all I do is put all the individual dicom files in one directory
and then point my converter at it. It sorts out the patients etc for
you.
As for sorting out DICOM data, my suggestion should you wish to pursue
this is to take a look at DICOM.pm This is a perl library for messing
with DICOM files.
