Sorry, I was wrong - dim4 is right.
As Tim said, there is nothing obvious wrong with the output, the upsampling should not cause the error. Try dtifit to check what is happening...

I don't understand well. I have 25 diffusion weighted and one T2 weigted images.
The statment:
data: A 4D series of data volumes. This will include diffusion-weighted volumes and volume(s) with no diffusion weighting.
means I should have 25 4-D volumes with the first dimension, one of the diffusion weigthed images and the second the T2 weighted.
