Hi Johan,
Nothing in particular in terms of processing. We swap the dimensions
fairly early in the processing stream so that we can then forget about
it (i.e. for registration, etc.). We've found that sagittal
acquisition gets us better combined coverage in amygdala and ventral
PFC than axial scans.
