You can use avwmeants to extract the "timeseries" (values across
subjects) for a given voxel in all_FA_skeletonised using the -c option.
Randomise uses the GLM, which is a multiple regression not a
correlation - so the raw value you start with from the stats is the
tstat that randomise outputs.
