Hi, the safe/easy thing to do is to start from scratch as you will
only save 25% of the total time by re-using the old alignments
anyway, but if you did want to reuse them, you should be able to
convert all the new data, move it into the old FAi directory and try
re-running tbss_2_reg. Note that if you wanted to be quick and dirty
you could maybe use the target subject that you already found before
as the pre-specified target in the new analysis (see the TBSS manual
web page) but only if the groups were similarly matched before and now.
