Hi,
Both avwmaths++ (use -mas <imagename>) and avwstats++ (use -k <imagename>)
have functions that allow you to restrict operations to be done only inside
of a mask.
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: [FSL] Get Voxel Value
Hello List
Is there a simple possibility (e.g. avwtools) to get the actual voxel value
of a specific voxel (x/y/z) in command line / shell?
What I want to do is loop over all image dimensions and do a certain
processing only if I am IN the brain (to save time) = value of the brainmask
voxel is >0.
Any suggestions are highly welcome.
Cheers
Niels
