Sorry for the noise again. Now I recalled why the heck I started to mess
with target_vol_number at the first place.
MC of one of the subject revealed substantial amount of motion... and
what is more interesting/problematic is that subject moved during TR of
the 'middle volume', so that the brain got 'extended' and I got
problems with MC itself since all volumes were aligned to the bad ones
and registration of the bold to anatomical wasn't good either.
So, an option to select volume to use for registration/MC would be great
