Hello,
I've made an attempt at updating the Bruker parser so that we can try to
guess if it represents pseudo-ND data. The Bruker parameter files don't
help a great deal here, in particular the values (be they temperature or
whatever) for the pseudo-dimension are not stored. So the user will have
to enter those by hand. We're relying on a Bruker parameter called FT_mod
to determine whether or not a dimension might be pseudo. I hope this
doesn't mess up anyone's existing use of Bruker data (you are able to tell
the program that you did indeed intend the data to be frequency data).
A small bit of the other code for reading external data formats got
updated to accomodate these changes. Obviously let me know if there are
any problems. (And this involved changes to quite a few files, I hope I
remembered to check them all in.)
