Research Triangle Institute-Health Solutions (RTI-HS) is a large,

conducts health care research and consultancy projects for a broad range
of pharmaceutical clients. RTI-HS is a rapidly growing organization with
over 140 research staff, based in our European, US and Canadian offices.

Due to continued business expansion, we are currently looking to recruit
a senior statistician in our group based in Manchester, UK, in order to
support extensive services including; database studies, randomised
trials, disease burden/prevalence studies, prospective post-launch
studies and post-marketing safety surveillance.
Research Statistician 1 (ref: 10759)
Candidates should expect to work on a wide range of statistical analysis
projects, including epidemiology studies, health outcomes analyses,
clinical trials and meta-analyses. The candidate should be interested in
applying a wide range of statistical methods and techniques in a host of
different settings, within cross-functional project teams.
Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to,
development of statistical analysis plans, statistical programming,
adherence to quality control procedures and statistical reporting.
Individuals must have sound knowledge of SAS, and experience leading
statistical efforts within projects.
Candidates will have:
* Three to five years experience with statistical analyses in
SAS (ideally in the pharmaceutical industry, a contract research
organisation or clinical environment).
* An MSc (or higher) in Medical Statistics/Biostatistics.
* Experience as the lead statistician on projects will be an
advantage.
