Subject: Mobility Scooters
Does anyone know if there is any actual legislation which states that it
is legal for mobility scooters to use the public footpath? A colleague of
mine has just asked the question that, bearing in mind that it is not
legal for push bikes to be on paths, is is legal for mobility scooters? I
have said yes it is but don't know if there is actual legislation to back
me up.
Thanks
