Getting scarily close to my age!
Had 2 recently - one 28 yr old who'd had a number of attendances with
very nonspecific aches and pains who on his 4th attendance had a
full-blooded anterior MI. Angio showed a thromboed coronary aneurysm was
to blame. The other was 34 and had no-frills smoking related atheroma.
