I have no idea, as usually the things go through, & I can always fix
everything into 'plain ext' but it never occurred to me to do so as the
note from Tad had reached me through petc.
I am on a MAc, & as far as I know it never uses anything but what
you're supposed to see, as in the single or double quotation marks....
ah well.
what really frustrates me is that for some reason, Kasper's (& no one
else's) poems come through as prose....
