That was what was interesting and unusual about the Digg case. Digg
attempted to 'do right' by copyright laws and the community revolted
(and temporarily brought the server to it's knees). YouTube or any
other service site that has a big community faces potentially the
same problem. You can't have a community generated content site and
then completely dictate to the community what can and can't go on
there. Either the community revolts as in the Digg case or they go
elsewhere (which is what usually happens).
