Estimada Imaculada
The photos that you have seen are from my family collection. Fernando Penco
Valenzuela is already publishing material about the mines of Cerro Muriano.
He and I, would be delighted to learn any family stories that you have about
the mines on that site. You can contact him at Fernando at the museo
delcobre

My grandfather also worked there.

Subject: Mines of Cerro Muriano
Dear members of the list.
I´m looking for information about the mines of Cerro Muriano (Cordoba -
Spain), so I decided to subscribe to this list.
I´m from Cordoba and my great-grandfather was employed at the above
mentioned mines, probably at the smelting. Unfortunately, I could not know
him.
I´m very interested in this matter and if I assemble the sufficient
information perhaps be able to prepare a publication.
I've read all the messages on this topic and have seen the marvellous
ancient photos of the area of files. Does anybody have more photos or
information about these mines?.
I'll try to help whom he asks for it with the Spanish papers that I have.
Greetings and forgive my English (almost I have forgotten it)
Inmaculada Ramos
