Hi there,
we had a go at re-referencing a 3D 15N-NOESY spectrum relative to an
HSQC. It worked fine for the first 1H dimension. But then of course the
diagonal was off in the Noesy. So we then picked a diagonal peak and
tried to re-reference to this, so as to get the second 1H dimension
sorted. Unfortunatley, when clicking OK in the re-referencing pop-up, we
got the traceback below and nothing else happened (i.e. the
re-referencing didn't happen).
Please could you help us out.
