Peter, many thanks for the addendum re the
assassination and _The First Family_, much of which
was news to me. (I wonder how many other performances
and recordings of Kennedy-parodic
work also went down the drain after 1963.)
Meanwhile (forgive my un-coolness), what does "WB"
stand for?
