I should add that it was not our desire to clash with anyone, however with three experiments involved and also members of both the CASTOR and Tier-1 team all of whom have external meetings it was hard for David Corney to find a slot that
inconvenienced nobody. Wednesday morning seemed a possibility but unfortunatly clashes with the UKI meeting. We had thought that derek would just have to skip the CASTOR emeeting 1 week in 4, we didn't appreciate that others were also involved.
Unfortunatly I don't think it is feasible that the CASTOR meeting move and appologise for the inconvenience this obviously causes.
regards
Andrew
