Dear Dorothee,
which path did you change? You need to change many paths in an SPM.mat
file, and there is a tool for this in the Volumes toolbox available as an
SPM extension. This tool tries to be clever to auto-detect path name
changes, but it only works if you moved your entire analysis tree
including raw data. If you rearranged your raw data (e.g. by placing
several sessions from separate folders into one folder) it will not help
you.
