Empirical data is needed to answer this question. I would suggest
trying it to see what happens. I hope the default settings work though.

Subject: [SPM] spatial preprocessing for partial FOV images
Hi,
Could you offer any advive on what the optimal spatial preprocessing
steps
are for partial FOV epi data? In a single session I have acquired
funcitonal
data (coronal orientation, 3x3x3 mm voxels, 33 slices, 250 volumes
[positioned to cover frontal lobes), single volume epi ( coronal
orientation, 3x3x3 mm voxel, whole brain coverage) and a 3D structural
scan
(transverse, 1x1x1 mm voxels). Would it be wise to alter any of the
default
options at the various stages of spatial preprocessing?
Many thanks,
Ray
