Hello Claus,
here I send you a script as example how to manage runs with different
numbers of scans.
we use one script for study related information, like scans, volumes,
folders etc.. which are modified for each study and other scripts for
preprocessing, firstlevel and secondlevel job building tasks, which are the
same for each study.
we use vectors to include all information which differs from subjects to
subject (or scan to scan) . Each element is a new subject (or scan). If
information is the same for all you can use a simple scalar.
batch_start_example: (info about which run includes how many scans)
line 82ff : the numbers of scans
Preproc_Batch_Engine: (how to build the loop)
line 110 (exemplary)
for j = 1:CRTL.param.num_vol{serIndex}(scanNr)
volume = sub_volumeid(j);
jobs{1}.temporal{1}.st.scans{serIndex}{j} =
[CRTL.dir.base filesep name filesep CRTL.dir.raw filesep 'f' volname
sessnumber '-0' volume '-00' volume '-00.img,1'];
end;
Regards
Christoph
