Xi, This statement is slightly ambiguous.
meaning 1) you mean how to you calculate the intelligibility for a
whole system or a subset of that system ? As Alan mentions There is a
facility in axman/webmap to compute the intelligibly (Pearson
correlation coefficient between global integration and connectivity ).
meaning 2) the intelligibly value for a subset chosen by looking at
the group within radius 3 of a single starting axial line ( graph
node) and applying this correlation as a measure back to the starting
line then plotting this per axial intelligibility values back on the
axial map. ( Now known as a point intelligibility map or a point
synergy map).
If you mean meaning 2) you need an up to date copy of webmap at home.
