I have always found the group helpful please can I seek advice on the
following.
I am in the process of setting up a new OH service [ Thanks for the those
who responded re nurse led service –I got the job]
I am advised by the RCN that I will need to arrange for transfer of OH
records from the current providers (I had hoped to only request pertinent
info) and been advised that it will suffice to send an email to employees
and advise that their records will be requested and that they may opt out if
they wish. Has anyone done this?
Also has anyone looked into suitable storage cabinets etc recently and can
they recommend suitable, effective secure accommodation to house OH notes in
a neat, compact and easy to access format?
Sandy
