I don't know one in Belfast but if you conact the Chemical Hazards and
Poisons Division of the Health Protection Agency, they may be able to
help and will probably be more local. The website is www.hpa.org.uk and
following the links via Chemicals and Poisons. I believe they operate
out of many of the old PHLS premises. If location not an issue then the
best that I know is Dr Virgina Murray who use to be at the above
Division based in London.
