Yes. As far as I can see the NHS England is viewed as one entity and
under Paper Copies in the User Guidelines says: "All staff, general
practitioners, employed by or contracted to the NHS..."

I apologise for the delay in getting this to you but the materials took
longer than expected to complete.
If you are familiar with the terms of the old licence then you will see
that there is no change in the terms and that the same things can be
copied. The news is that we have now agreed to renew the central licence
rather than issue separate licences to individual trusts.
Attached are revised User Guidelines (intended for those making copies)
and Explanatory Notes (for the licence administrator) about the new CLA
licence for NHS England.
