"A Central Licence has been agreed with the CLA for photocopying and
scanning by the NHS. The term of this licence is from 1 April 2006 until
31 March 2008. Those NHS bodies who have paid for licences with the CLA
for that period, will receive a refund from the CLA of the amount paid
during the next couple of weeks."
An update will follow at the end of May.
