Regarding the issue relating to logging out of the SurfAid interface to
access statistics from different publishers, you are correct that there
is currently no "logout button" available in SurfAid that works for all
browsers.
The most effective way to terminate a session in SurfAid is to close all
browser windows for the browser you are using to access SurfAid. The
next time you access SurfAid you will be prompted to log in again, at
which point you can use the access details for the next account. This
has been successfully tested in Internet Explorer 6 & 7 and Firefox.
We have suggested this as a useful enhancement for a future release and
will update you on progress.

Subject: [lib-stats] SurfAid stats interface - logging out?
Hello,
We currently have four vendors using the SurfAid interface (system?) for
stats reporting (ACM, ACS, IEEE, and IOP). There's no "logout" function
in the interface - the only way I've found to move between accounts is
to delete my cache and my cookies so that I can log into the next
account.
I've asked the vendors to add a logout function to the interface. If you
work with these vendors, please join me in encouraging them to make this
product more usable.
Regards,
Tansy Matthews
