Hi Tansy,
This is annoying. I use two separate browsers (IE and Firefox), and use
Firefox to deal with Surf Aid (I've often downloaded the wrong stats by
not clearing the cookies). I set Firefox to clear cookies on exit so
have to restart for next download. Maybe there is a firefox extension
with a button to clear cache/cookies without exiting. I agree this would
be much better if done at the server end.
Martha have you got any leverage with the tecchies :-)..
