I think Atos is the successor to Sema who have been given the right to
stop other people supporting GPASS, the Scottish NHS-owned GP ssytem
whcih in December 2006 was declared to be not fit for its purpose by
Scottish GPC.
(Regrettably SGPC's proposed solution was to make the same mistake
again, with one or more different companies and different software. )
